We are a physical therapy office with over 25 years of experience. We specialize in one-on-one care heavily based in the Pilates method. With our hands-on, holistic approach we are able to successfully treat a wide variety of orthopedic, pre- and post-operative and sports injuries affecting the spine and extremities.

Our brand new facility houses state of the art equipment and offers a warm environment to foster your health and well-being. Aside from physical therapy, we offer a wellness program for our clients to have a safe and convenient place to continue/progress their programs upon discharge as well as private/semi-private Pilates classes with certified instructors.
